The City of Rocky Mount accepts certain payment cards for online payments of water, sewer, electric, and gas utilities through Infinity.Link, our online utility billing and customer information system. Payment card information is transferred directly to a payment service using encryption technology. At no time is payment card information collected through online transactions stored in a City database. Neither credit card information nor other billing information about utility customers is regarded as public information under North Carolina state law.
If You Send Us Personal Information
Visitors who request services through this site may be required to furnish information in order for us to provide the service requested. The information collected is essentially similar to the information we would require if the visitor were requesting the service by any other means, including by telephone or an in-person visit to a City facility.
