Here you will find an array of programs offered throughout the year for seniors, children, youth and families, from parenting education and after-school programs to special and cultural programs and events.

Happy Hill Community Garden

Grow vegetables or flowers on a 20x20 foot plot of your very own!

Cost: $15 per year
Ongoing Registration
Where: Gay St. between Lee and Mayo Streets
When: Year Round
Gardeners must follow rules of the Community Garden.
Gardeners must adhere to water limitations when imposed by the city.
