NOTICE: Effective Monday, March 15, 2021, Parks and Recreation facilities including the Rocky Mount Senior Center, the Imperial Centre for the Arts and Sciences, South Rocky Mount Community Center and the Booker T. Washington Community Center are open to the public. Each facility is operating at reduced capacity limits according to the latest Executive Order from the Governor's office. Shelters and Party Packs are now available for online reservation.
