The City of Rocky Mount accepts certain payment cards for online payments of water, sewer, electric, and gas utilities through Infinity. At no time is payment card information collected through online transactions stored in a City database. Neither credit card information nor other billing information about utility customers is regarded as public information under North Carolina state law.
