Committee of the Whole Meeting

The Committee of the Whole is the entire City Council meeting as a committee to discuss matters the City Manager and City Council deem requiring a more in-depth explanation, study or discussion. The minutes from the Committee of the Whole are approved during a regular meeting and are recorded within the minutes from that City Council meeting.
